Who or what is HouseInHavana.com?

HouseInHavana.com is not an organization, but a purely private, non-commercial website. The administrator of this site has had very good experiences with the offered holiday home and wants to make a contribution to the welfare of the landlady. There are no brokerage costs calculated. The proceeds will go entirely to the landlady. However, she will pay a big share of them as a taxes to the Cuban government. See also: Casa Particular
